I use a software called wrenchpilot. And it gives all the KPIs your talking about as well as a guide on how much to charge on each job based on overhead and techs pay (time spent on that job) so we never go below breakeven. it also tells me each techs performance inside the shop and how much revenue/hours billed they contributed to so we know which tech is doing good (and give them bonus based on performance) and which techs are doing bad based on hours worked versus how many hours they contributed to billing.
