to add somthing being a switch ground and car smart enough you can bidirectional control the horn ,if is work you will know all is good after de bcm,so you check from bcm to the steering wheel or switch.
What a wonderful idea that for every person who locks or unlocks their car the horn sounds.
A wiring diagram is shown in normally OFF state? especially the relays are not energized?

I remember I had the Paper Shop manual for my 1987 Mazda Rx 7 turbo and not only did it have the basic wiring diagram but it also had additional wiring diagrams that layed out the locations of the wiring looms within the car and the location of multiple connectors and Connections in the vehicle
